Spanish Legal Matters.

If you are affected by a Spanish Probate matter, whether you are an Executor, Administrator or Beneficiary, then please call us. Our Spanish team are bi-lingual and here to help with all your Spanish probate related issues.

We are here to help you understand the Spanish Succession rules and the complex EU Succession Regulations which might affect the distribution of a Spanish estate. If you or your clients need to understand the Forced Heirship rules or need to find out where you stand with regards to rejecting an inheritance because of estate debts then call our team on +44 (0) 20 3985 9556.

In addition for all Spanish probate cases we are able to assist if you need to obtain an NIE number which will be required to go forward with any inheritance that you may receive. This is of course so that any Spanish succession tax can be paid, remembering of course that Spanish succession tax incurs a fine if not paid within set limits. Through our Spanish contacts, which includes Notaries across Spain, we are also able to help if you need to obtain a copy of any will which is held and registered within the Spanish Central registry.

At Spanish Legal Matters we have a specific department that deals with Spanish Wills and Probate. We work and communicate directly with the Notaries in Spain so that you don’t have to. Call us on +44 (0) 20 3985 9556 to speak with our Spanish Team.
